I recently updated my credit card for AutoPay, but the transaction was declined because the card issuer flagged it as fraudulent. I called the issuer, and unlocked my card account. Now when I try to use that account with Public, I get an error "Unable to Process Transaction". I tried 5 times, just to be sure I didn't make a mistake. I called my issuer again and they have no record of the transaction.

@packetuser Contact a moderator with what has happened. They should be able to put the card on the account for you.
How to Open a Ticket / Contact Moderators
