Try it again after restart your browser.
Make sure the credit card address matches what is on your statement.
1. If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.
2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.
If failed again, create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.
After submitted a ticket, members should check their private message SENT folder for their ticket which they just created.
If you cannot find your ticket in your SENT box, You did not create your support ticket yet. Also monitor your INBOX for any reply from moderator.
Click the envelop icon at the top right corner to access your private message mailbox.
You can also enable email notification after receiving a private message at your INBOX.
My settings --> PREFERENCES --> Private Messenger --> enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages' --> Save

@stewcam clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to add your credit card. The system has been iffy.
When you get to the credit card field:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).
Add your card here in your self service account .

Did you activated you PM account in-store or online?
People should not signup for autopay in-store during activation.
You can call me paranoid. I only trust my computer and my phone. I will not enter cc info in other computer.

Probably not related, but did you ask your bank what the attempt was?
I mean, there are a lot more places that are likely to skim your number than PM.

@stewcam Hi no it doesn't seem to be an issue with public I would say it is an unfortunate coincidence

@stewcam it's probably a coincidence, I signed up 2 different accounts and credit cards and personally didn't experience this.
