I'm trying to figure this out. My credit card expired and autopay failed. I don't know how much time elapsed before I realized the autopay failed but after adding a new credit card the payment for the plan went through but I seem to have lost my phone number.

Log on your account to check that your plan status Is active.
How about texting? Are you able to receive or send texts.
Are you able to receive calls?
Submit a ticket to moderators to let them know what is working and not working with your plan.

iPhone 6S. Phone rebooted but trying to call I get " you do not have an active long distance add on"

Reboot your phone and confirm you can, or cannot, call, text and use data.
What is make model of your phone?
