Credit card expired - Can't make a paiement to reactivate account

My credit card expired and my last payment couldnt be made. My account has been suspended. I updated my credit card information for future payments, but I can't pay my actual balance to reactivate my account. When I try to do so, this red message appear : "

OneTimeTopup/MinimumMaximumAmountRequiredSnippet1,00$300,00$". I've seen a lot of people having the same issuue but there's no answer on how to solve it.
 
I cleared the cache on Chrome, tried on Explorer, and tried on another computer and got the same probleme. I need my service back.

Resoponse from the moderator team is not instantaneous.  Expect approximately one hour response time.

I ain't got no answer from Mods, but out of nowhere the website stopped giving me that error message and i was able to update my CC info and pay my balance due.

 

My account status switched to "Actived" (from "suspended") but I still can't make a phone call or use data. For those who were in the same situation, how long did it take to got the service back?

I believe they also ask for account PIN for security purposes.  Of course you need to explain the nature of your issue as well.

What are the "account information" they need ? I've PM'd them my phone number and name. Is it enough?
