it is a common payment glitch.
If you are not in a rush to renew, wait full 24 hours and try again using browser with Incognito mode as well as the PM app with Location permission granted
if you are in a rush to pay to renew, get a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and then load voucher using *611 to renew
