Living in New Brunswick. Buying phone for my wife. So the account is in my wife's name. Trying to pay with my credit card based in Quebec. Does not work...

Some also recommend trying again with the same card, but changing browsers, and/or using incognito mode on your browser. If all else fails, you can contact the @CS_Agent.

Sometimes errors can arise when the address on the account does not match that of the address registered with the CC. In addition, if you are using an AMEX card, they are known not to work well during activation - if you can use a different card just for activating, you'll be able to add an AMEX if you register for auto-pay.
