I've been here for 8 years with no issues, recently I got a new credit card but now PM will not validate it. I've called my credit card provider and they say PM has taken a payment of 0.00 so they have access to it but still won't validate it. Has this happen to anyone else? PM support says they can't take my CC manually so am I SOL? I know about vouchers but they up the cost by about 15$ and that just sucks.

I recently updated my card successfully using the laptop. Try using the laptop, but clear your cache files...see if that helps. Alternative is to click the orange chaobubble on lower right side of page to start process to get customer support help.
added...if you were successful adding your new payment card, log in to your account > Payment...see if you can manually add $$ to your account and resume service.
