Hello,
I have recently gotten a new credit card and I want to switch it over to pay from my new one. How do I change this?

had the same dilemma yesterday so I asked Simon as the the manage your card link in the bottom under manage payments is very easy to miss.

Make sure the credit card address matches what is on your statement.
1. If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.
2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.

@emmak2002- Simply log into your self serve portal, then click on Payment, then manage my card (near the bottom). Follow the prompts. It's a good idea to either clear you browser's cache, or use your browser in incognito/privacy mode.
