Please remove my credit card info. The system won’t allow me to do it, I was just able to stop pre-authorized payment.

hi @bardthebest For credit card removal, you will need PM support agent to help. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@myfactbook @You need supports help completely remove credit card info right away / otherwise as you already disabled auto pay . No more worry you won’t be charged again

You would need to ask support to do that. Asking here won't do anything.
You can also use a zero balance visa gift card and change to it. I could supply you the particulars if you like.
