First check to see if your CC has expired.
You can dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to make a manual payment with the CC on file. Or you can make a manual payment with vouchers to restore service.
Vouchers can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples.
On your account, enable Subscribe (AutoPay) for future payments.

So, you weren't able to pay to get the service working? Pay by voucher this month first. Get it from Shoppers or London Drugs and then load the voucher to resume service

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
Usually we ask people to wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
