  • I'm really stuck here. I've tried to pay my bill more times then I have digits! Network keeps saying payment failed? My account has always been set to recurring payment. This month.. That service failed.  Provider said insufficient funds? Well I looked into that.. not the case.. funds are not the issue. As well as now. So I figured I would pay it manually.. I even updated card each time..  guessing about 10-12 attempts now. I would really appreciate some thoughts on my next move? 🤔

First check to see if your CC has expired.

You can dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to make a manual payment with the CC on file. Or you can make a manual payment with vouchers to restore service.

Vouchers can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples.

On your account, enable Subscribe (AutoPay) for future payments.

So, you weren't able to pay to get the service working? Pay by voucher this month first.  Get it from Shoppers or London Drugs and then load the voucher to resume service

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes

Usually we ask people to wait a day or even longer before you try again.  When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled) 

but if your plan has already expired, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
