Hello @J_PM ,
Made a payment to my account a couple of days ago and there is enough to pay the amount due.
Now my status show as suspended and the payment hasn't come out of the account.
Tried making the payment again. Is there another way to quickly make the account active again?

Thanks everyone, I see where I went wrong. I updated the credit card information but exited the page before I saw there was a submit button. Moral of the story once I hit the submit but my payment went through right away and my account is active again. Thank God!!!
(Yep, that Save changes button is not always visible ........ Luddite)

But is it enough to pay for the plan? Are your services working though? Sometimes the account will still show suspended but the services work anyway.
