The credit card currently attached to my account has been shut down. My new card has not arrived yet. Can I have 2 or 3 days grace on my account for my new card to arrived and not have my phone service shut down. Thanks Roger J

Its the core of the prepaid provider business model and most businesses.....you pay and they provide you with a product or service. They don't offer credit even in unusual circumstances that's what a postpaid provider offers for consumers.

@Jennifercaplan1- There are three methods to pay. Register a credit card, vouchers, real time payments. There are two methods to use the credit card or vouchers. 611, account. Real time payments is only possible at some stores.
As for delays, it's prepay. The agreed contract (as much as Public abides by their own obligations thereof) is that you prepay for 30 days - the company provides you service.

What a shame to see such a customer. I already feel a customer has been lost and don't understand why they couldn't make a proper payment system or allow a few days' delays. Usually, when I have to do something related to finance, I use https://fitmymoney.com/money-saving-challenge/ because they have already many times saved me with their experts, and for me (I already have several businesses), it became a challenge to save money. Because there are so many competitors and because I am not skilled in finance, I am very happy because there are services like this that help and teach me how to use money.

For an entire 89 days if needed but only before midnight eastern upon renewal. At the stroke of midnight you lose that option.

@darlicious, interesting has it been confirmed that putting account in lost/stolen will keep voicemail active even after the plan has expired? I have never had to go into lost/stolen so have no experience with it

Unfortunately that cannot be done. If you cannot purchase vouchers to bridge the gap and will face suspension you can suspend your service via lost/stolen before midnight eastern on day 30 of your cycle. This will keep your voicemail active so you can call your phone number from another device or a voip provider like fongo to check your voice messages. Once connected press "*" and enter your 4 digit voicemail pin #. You now have full access to your voicemail services.
Leave your old card registered for autopay to earn the $2 reward. Once your new card arrives resume your service via lost/stolen update your card info and choose "other amount" and submit your your manual payment. Your plan should automatically reactivate. Log out and reboot your device.
Then you will have to contact customer support to have them apply your rewards manually as using lost/stolen causes a glitch with rewards not automatically applying upon renewal.

You can also pay by Instant Top-Up at retails There is a small service fee. You can do instant top-up at most Canadian Tire Gas, Esso, Gateway Newstands, and MacEwen locations.

@RogerJ, with PM being pre-paid they don't offer grace periods or assess a late payment fee. If your plan is not paid for it will not renew. I would recommend that you purchase some vouchers and add them to your account to pay for your next renewal
