Hi I am trying to retrieve my credit card information from my last payment as it is a new card, my card was stolen so I need to cancel it! I need the number and CVS digits

If you login to your account and go to the Add-on and the Payment Section and it will show the last 4 digits of the CC used for the last payment but why would you need the CVS?

@Tayjah - yes, I agree with @pmbc this is a credit card company issue/question, not a public mobile one.

@Tayjah I don't think that PM will be able to provide that info to you. You should contact the credit card vendor and they should have other means of verification. Maybe by SIN, email address or physical address to validate you are the owner of the card?
