Credit Card Declined, Now my promo is gone

I signed up for the $40 plan with promo of 50% off for 2 years. My card declined because of a mistake and now it wants $40. How can I fix this?

This ended up working pretty quickly, in less than 2 hours my issue was fixed and account reactivated.

Type in Submit a Ticket followed by Contact on the Chat icon for a CS_Agent to help to update your CC information and the 50% off promo.
