Hi, I had setup automatic payments for two lines, husband and wife, from husband's credit card, the card was over-limit at the time when the payment was due, which resulted in the payment getting rejected. It seems that Public Mobile flagged the credit card number, which is preventing me from re-using it (now that it is paid off and not over-limit any more).
Do I need someone to help with this? or is there a workaround?

You will probably need assistance from a moderator. Click on the question mark on the bottom right. If you need to make a payment right away then you purchase a voucher or use vrtual debit card like recharge.com and make a payment by calling 611.

Contact moderators please they are the only ones that can help with flagged card.
If you are short on time as they may take up to48 hours to respond you can get vouchers in local stores like Wal-Mart or gas stations, to top up the accounts and have service going while you wait
