Creating an Account outside of Canada

I tried creating an account for my wife while in the US and the platform will not accept my credit cards. Has anyone else experienced this?

I did try two different cards and neither were accepted. I’ll give it a day or two and try again.

Did you download the PM app on your wife's phone?  Then try the activation process.

@LowellPrince there is no issue creating account and activating account in US 

but are you using a US credit card? you need a Canadian credit card to subscribe

But even you use Canadian card, sometimes, people have trouble using it even in Canada due to some system problem.  

Try to wait 2 days, use another email address to create another account and subscribe.  If you have a 2nd Canadian credit card, try that
