Trying to create my account recieved this error

Cannot login to my account, Yet recieved email from PM that says it was and to confirm email address which was done, when requesting to change password says email is not registered?
New phone number did activate to SIM but cell/data/text does not work. Private messaged @Shazia_K and @Mary_M
