Hi ,
I am trying to create a self service account but every time I put in my number i do not get an SMS. I went to the reseller and he said he can not help. The chat on the site , the support can not help, how do i create an account to pay my bill ?

I tried resetting password but i get an error as well. I receive emails from public mobile on the same email address i was trying to reset my public mobile account on and i get an error as well

@adwance : Did you activate in a store on yourself online? If yourself then your account will have already been created.

when you activation your account you do create a self-service,
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
check your email spam,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
only them will reset for you,

@adwance first, your PM service is working well? You can receive incoming calls and texts with issue ?? Just unable to create Self Serve account? If so, open ticket with PM and they can assist (But if you cannot receive other incoming calls or text, let us know as that is a bigger issue)
To open ticket with PM:
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
