just tried, clicked the on the Register now button , the choice came up not really about setting up an account, more about forgot password.

problem with chatbot, not all choices are 100% matching the situation.

did you activate in store or activate yourself online

If you activate yourself online , you should already have a My Account created , maybe you will then need to reset the password

 

If you activate in store, then yes, usually the My Account would not be created yet.

 

You will have to come to this direct link to open ticket with CS agent

Click "Contact Us"
and then  Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.  Please choose "Self-Server password reset"  in that particular form

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Top right corner of Community page. Hoover over Sign IN, click on My Account and you will get to

Follow prompts, fill out whatever PM is asking to.
