Indeed, you have EVERY RIGHT to anticipate assistance from the COMPANY you are paying money to.
They, on the other hand, place a lot of their confidence in the support we can provide here on the Community.
Indeed, there are Community members who may be more knowledgeable (through personal expertise and longevity here) than Public Mobile staff.
Ask the customer support staff to reprovision your account/SIM.
Then see if the SMS remains an issue.
I, however, would concede the issue may possibly be either device or user-driven and not necessarily a Public Mobile setting or provision. Don't expect miracles from them if it's not something within their control to manage.
However, I am in agreement that they could at least exclude the service side of things before you go delving into device and user settings.

Thank you maximum_gato. I already sent a message to the link HALIMACS gave to me.
I already cleared my messages and rebooted my phone several times. I haven’t cleared messaging apps cache. Now I’m doing this. If it works I’ll let you know all 🙂

You've been given the link to customer support by @HALIMACS they can help you troubleshoot or open a ticket with the tech team for you. Tech support will not be immediate and you will have to troubleshoot first. I suggest you clear your messaging apps cache first and reboot your phone to see if you can recieve the text code you are seeking.

I’m also investigating the other end. However I need to get a support from my end at least to clear my side. It’s really ridiculous not to get any help from my service provider.

Thank you for your help and good intention. I understand this community is created due to not getting ANY tech support from the company we’re a customer of 😞
It’s always good to have a community however there is also security and technical and legal matters.

Thank you for suggestion. However this is a sms to be sent to my phone. I received sms from another source from the same company however I didn’t receive any for my password.
Again I’m grateful for all your help however I still do not understand why I’m not getting a tech support from the company I’m a customer for.

We as customers have experienced all kinds of technical issues and with the support of this community or Google, we've been able to resolve issues without tech support or a CS Agent. Any problem I've had with Public Mobile (and there have only been 2) folks here in the community were able to help. There are a few members here who are actually techs in their real jobs. There are even a few here who in the telco trade and know a lot hence the reason they share info here to help others. But hey, since @HALIMACS has just gone ahead and given you the way to contact a CS Agent, I guess there is no need for @dust2dust and I to try to help resolve your problem. Good luck.

You say "certain place". What about other places? Perhaps the problem is at the other end.

Is it possible either they or you are using RCS services (that means iMessage or Android Chat) as their messaging service and it's causing issues:
If Android, try adjusting Chat messages options.
For Apple, adjust the iMessage settings:

I’m not new.I’ve been using Publicmobile for years. I didn’t have any issues receiving SMS until last night.
