Hi,
Activating new account, I get to step 3 and tap “continue with eSIM” … then it says “Error. Something went wrong. Please try again.”. Multiple attempts have the same result. (iPhone 13)

Also, double check your setting—> cellular —>SIM card details, is there any eSIM card in your phone already

Have you ever restarted your phone, I think power off and on again could solve your problem

@Ang_mac Are you using the app to activate ? You need to activate on the app . If still no luck please submit ticket with support
