What is the nature of your issue? The Community can help resolve most issues unless they require account access. Give us a try. Otherwise contacting customer support is via SIMon the Chat bot or via private message.

May I know what the problem you have now? The idea to the Community is you can try to find answer from here or we might be able to help
To open ticket with CS Agent, you can open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

PM does not offer support over the phone.
