How do you get a hold of a MOD if you have need to contact them / ask question? directly?

In theory moderators respond more quickly to questions submitted via SIMon than direct private messaging.
If you submit a ticket confirmation can be seen in the SENT folder of your private messages.
Whichever method you choose ongoing communication is via private messaging.

To submit a ticket to the Public Mobile please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMON by clicking this link.
In your message ask your question. The message will be received by Public Mobile and they will respond to it. You will receive a response in your private message inbox.

@Setey sometimes SIMon the chat bot is annoying and it becomes frustrating for some to reach the moderators.
