For several months I have been having nothing but issues with my phone's data connectivity. Calls seem to be fine (if I stick to LTE) but data in either LTE or 5G just at times do not work. I can be sitting with 3 or 4 out of 5 bars and still it won't work. I have a second SIM with Freedom and if I switch to them with equal or lower signal the data works fine. SMS messages seem to come through fine. How do I go about getting my account's data reset, as I have an eSIM and an iPhone 16 Pro Max that I've already tried airplane mode and network reset but still experiencing the issue. I'm tempted to change carriers.

The CS agent re-provisioning the SIM/account actually helped, thanks. I thought since I moved to Victoria the coverage here for data was just useless, but I guess my account might have been partially to blame. Strange how that would happen.

try Reset network settings on your phone first.
If that does not help, you might want to ask PM CS agent to reprovision the sim/account on the system. Please private message CS Agent at:
