Hi, A friend and I are both on PM in Sarnia, and are having the same issue. The data connection keeps dropping and we both get a ! on the cellular signal icon on our phones.
This is impacting RCS messages as well, which is making text messaging difficult.
Is there a tower problem here?
We've both restarted our phones, but since we both have the same issue it seems like it's not really a phone issue.

There was some outage in some part of Ontario this morning, not sure if it affects Sarina
Try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
And Try using different network modez manually change to 4G/LTE or 5G
For text issue, turn off RCS and use SMS as that does not rely on data connection

sounds like it could be caused by a local network outage or upset.
