Hi there, I am currently traveling in the US, and added a data only plan to my account. I have received a few notifications about new voicemails, but I am unable to check them. I do have access to a different phone and would like to try the remote voicemail option, but I never set a pin. Is this something that a pm rep can do for me so I can get these voicemail messages? Or do I need to wait till I return to Canada?
thanks.

The option of reset voicemail password is right on my account ->overview page.
Then you can call your number from any other phone and as suggested above press'*' after you hear your greetings to check the msgs.

Thanks, I didn’t realize I had already set a pin, so after a few tries I was able to get in by calling from a different phone.

You can also access your voicemail from a landline or any other phone line, by dialing your 10-digit phone number, selecting ‘Send’ or ‘Call’ and then pressing ‘*’ to skip the system greeting.

@Rickjames09 : The above is incorrect to the specifics in your question.

@Rickjames09 : You can call your number from anywhere and wait for it to drop to voicemail and then press the * and you'll be in your voicemail. Or you can log in to your self-serve and use the Change voicemail password function and that will reset the password to your 10 digit phone number.
