• While still well in Canada , about 30 km to USA border I am receiving notification that I am roaming abroad. Any advice?

Hi @Vansu   Yes, your phone is picking up the stronger US network with the Automatic settings

Disable Automatic from the Network selection, then manually select Public Mobile from the list and you should be good

@Vansu hi go into your network settings and take your phone of automatic and set your phone to manually select Public
