Close Public Mobile Account

I can't close my account because I can't log into my account - it's permanently locked out.  Email is REMOVED PERSONAL INFO (ShawnC13)

Can you go to the little arrow on the right side of your post and edit out your personal info as this is a public forum and it represents a security risk for you.

If  you port out that closes your account.  If you just want it closed you will need to create a trouble ticket through the chatbot.  A link is in my signature
