@waternlava I notice this happens when you can't see your "amount owing". whenever I see that, I know the plans page and a few others aren't going to work correctly.
@waternlava As stated by @Dunkman , the website can be finicky. I manage 2 accounts and both work fine on the Plan & Add Ons page..... for now. I have seen the error you are reporting. Try again, within a short period it should be fine again.
This website can be finicky at times. Try to clear cache or incognito mode. Trying a different web browser also helps. If using mobile phone, try using labtop or desk top. Chrome incognito works well.
