I would like to get a second (new) phone number for my iPhone.
I’m in Manitoba which has 3 area codes assigned, but I would like a 204 area code number. Is there a way to see what numbers are available with a 204 area code?

I started going through the sign-up process and got to the point where I needed to pay, but was unsure how the number assignment worked.
@LarryK , when you get to the number selection step, you have to select a location and then a small list of numbers with area code based on the location is presented for selection and if you don't see anything you like, scroll to the next list. I help another person with the activation and they were able to get a 204 area code number. There is a lot to choose from still.

@LarryK , there are plenty of 204 area code numbers. I am sporting one in an account where I chose a number from those available in the pool. You just have to be patient and scroll through the list of available numbers. There will be a lot of 431 offerings at first but after jumping through a dozen pages, many 204 area code numbers start popping up.

Hey @LarryK
WPG here myself. Sadly there is no way for sure. If there is a way to hold off, I'd suggest doing what I did. I downloaded several VOIP apps on my phone and found a phone number I really liked... 204 of course... then after 90 days I ported it over to Public Mobile.
VOIP Apps such as.... TextNow, Fongo, 2nd Line+, Talkatone.... I ported mine from Fongo myself. 🙂
Side note, when I signed up for Fongo, I just changed "cities" within Manitoba that offered 204. Then went back and forth till it was down to one number. Then, waited 5 minutes and started the sign up again. It took me like an hour to find the one I have now. To me, it was worth it. LOL
