I have tried to access the chatbot SIMon but no luck. I used 2 different browsers Safari & Firefox and the best I get is a blank page.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Tried private windows and clearing cache and cookies in both browsers. I give up wasted too much time on this.

Thanks I did that, but it still doesn't explain why the chatbot doesn't work.
