Charges for a pay-as-you-go deactivated number

I used to have a pay-as-you-go plan for $16/month that I deactivated back in Feb. 2024. In November 2024, I started getting charged $40 each month by Public Mobile even though I don’t have a plan anymore. Also, these charges are on a credit card that I’ve never used for Public Mobile. I can’t find a way to reach anyone at Public Mobile directly - is there a way to contact them?

If you are SURE nobody else is using your CC for mobile services, ask your bank for chargeback.

Be aware is YOU do use THAT CC for PM services then you will be banned for a year to use THAT CC to pay for PM service(s).

Are you a Telus or Koodo customer?  If not and you're sure that nobody else has permission to use this credit card at Public Mobile, there's no reason to contact Public Mobile about this.  Contact your card issuer immediately to dispute the charge and have the card cancelled (and replaced).

Thank you. Yes, it was PM. Should have clarified though, this was actually the total charge (incl. taxes and some discount ) - $16.95. I’ll give the link a try - much appreciated.

PM does not have $16 plan, you sure it is from PM?

or ask PM to check,
