Just payed for my plan a day ago in full. I decided to take advantage of a promo and upgraded my account and was charged. Will I be refunded for one of these payments?

@jjames46, you could have futured dated the promo to take place on the next renewal. That would have avoided the having the old plan being replaced with the new one right away. Technically, that is what happened and you were not "charged twice". You bought a plan and then decided to buy another right away. As already noted, this service does not offer refunds and so you simply lose the first plan that was purchased. The moderator team is very fair with these types of misunderstandings and so they will very likely put a credit into the account.

Given that PM is prepaid, there are generally no refunds of your service. That being said, you should contact the @CS_Agent to see if they can help you out, given that you changed your plan only a day after your renewal date.
