I paid when I signed up and went to use the phone and it said I hadnt paid so I had to pay again cause I needed to use the phone. I checked my visa and I had paid twice.

Hello, I got charged twice when I updated my new credit card. I didn't get any notifications or confirmations when I made my last payment, but I now see 2 charges in my credit card statement:
1. $127.68
2. $134.40
They are both very random weird amounts too. Someone please explain this to me and reimburse me please. Thank you.

Assuming you just activated, it sounds like you ran into an activation issue. You will need the help of a moderator to get you a refund for the over charge.
Send a PM to @CS_Agent, include in the msg your account number, phone number and the plan you signed up for and they will review your account and get things corrected.

Can you get a print out of your statement and send a screensht to the modeator team?
