have lost sim card so can not get into account,or use phone, still being charged
am thinking best to cancel the account ? or try a new sim card
Am reluctant to register a new Sim card as I will then be getting two charges per month

HI @margaret11 you won't charge again for new sim card (other than the sim cost itself)
just grab a new sim card from Telus or Koodo stores or Amazon.ca. After you have the card, ask support agent to change the sim card number on your account and then you can continue using the same account (no two charges per month)
When you have the new sim card, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using direct message:
