Charged twice

I was charged twice upon activation. The links for submitting ticket is not working for me.

instead of Chatbot, you can open ticket with support here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
On the other hand, also check with your credit card to confirm any chance one of them just a pending charge
