Charged twice for US roaming add-on. Please correct

Hi,

My credit card was charged twice for adding a US Roaming. The user interface presented me with Submit button twice. It made me think that the first submit didn't go through. Please credit my account as I don't need two US Roaming add on within 10 days.

Thanks! As you said, I loaded the fund twice because the worflow is confusing and it was not clear on the UI that I have to load fund before purchasing the add-on. Anyhow, I've purchased the add-on and will leave the fund for next month payment. Loan

It's two steps to buy a addon..

Is the money in your available balance? If so,  is both add-on funds in there? Or just one?if both are in there that means you have to do step two and buy the addon.

So I'd suggest you leave the second charge in your available balance for your future payment due date as it could takes several weeks to be issued a refund to your card.

If you did do both steps and you have no balance.Then the add-ons would show under your my Data and Addons sections.

Having both add-ons will affect it from working...so you would have to contact moderators and ask them to fix it and ask for one to be refunded. I would suggest again to ask for second one to be refunded to your account balance to keep in there to use for a future payment.

Do you see the extra roaming add in credit in your available funds?  Buying an add on is a two step process. Load funds and then purchase add on. 

If it is available funds, you can use for next month payment.
