Charged extra amount

I have activated 25$ plan recently and my card was charged $25 and 30-day plan/Forfait de 30 jours--$10 plus 1GB at 3G Speed/ 1Go à la vitesse 3G--$15.

I am not sure why they charged extra $25.

Please any one can help on this issue.

1st payment with Public Mobile should be full amount of plan plus taxes...happens for everyone.

2nd 30-day cycle is when your rewards will reduce what you pay. So if you signed up for autopay your $2 (1st cycle) + $2 (2nd cycle) = $4 total will be deducted from your next renewal amount.

@fahmidahabib12 If you activate an account you pay the first month in full as indicated on page 1 of this thread in a message by @esjliv. The credit of the $10 referral and 2 x $2 auto pay rewards will come off of your next renewal. Your next renewal will be for $11. Your CC will be charged $11 plus whatever the tax is in your province.

I'm not sure why people threaten to go back to their previous provider. We are just customers here not employees so the threats don't really faze us. Better to come on here, lay out what you think happened and then see if you have a legitimate gripe. Just sayin....

Maybe it was not included (edited out)...this was my first billing info.

@reddysar7  from your screenshot you only got charged once. The $25 was your top up those funds get added to your account balance. There first and second line show your $25 plan renewal.

Unless he edited out more transactions, evidence suggests he did not set up autopay initially. This is from Nov 7. He would have the $2 in there by now if he had.

Your first cycle is always paid in full. The rewards will be deducted if they are applicable to your going foward.

Any rewards will be picked up on the 2nd cycle.

So if you signed up for auto pay. You will get $2 off for the 1st and 2nd cycle = $4, next time it renews.

@reddysar7 That is completely normal. Start at the bottom. The $25 charge was added leaving you a balance of available funds of $25. They then took off $10 and $15 as indicated leaving a balance of $0. This is normal and is they way they always show the payments.

Are you looking at your self-serve payment history? That's just how they show it. Does your payment method show just the one charge?

@reddysar7 If you could show us a pic of your payment history with personal details removed it would be a big help. The $25 charge is always broken down into the two charges you mentioned. I doubt that you were charged twice.
