Hi upon checking my bank transactions I was double charged as of today. My previous plan was 40cad - 20gb monthly since last year upto May. And as of June 2024 they offered me a 40cad - 75gb plan and i registered for it. and for my July renewal it doesn’t auto renew automatically and just charged me for it. So I accidentally registered for a new subscription so i was double charged. Is there a chance i can get a refund? Coz i don’t have available funds on my public account either. Looking forward to your response.

@mikhail_jerome sound like PM really took money twice. Talk to PM. open ticket by using Chatbot icon on the lower right. Just type the question Submit ticket, them choose Contact Us to get to the ticket open form
