Hi, if I change to Koodoo, will I still be able to keep getting my refer a friend points

No, you'll lose them!
Even though Public Mobile and Koodo are owned by TELUS, their rewards are completely separate. It's like how Tim Hortons and Burger King are both owned by the same parent company, You can't walk into a BK and try to spend your Tims Rewards points on a Whopper!
Once you switch, your Public Mobile account closes and those referral points vanish. Be sure to redeem any points you currently have for bill credits or add-ons before you leave!

To add and to clarify, even you can redeem the points for credit, those Friend referrals you are getting monthly will not continue with Koodo after you switch over. Also, to switch to Koodo with Easy Switching, you can only choose from the small number of Postpaid plans offered in your My Account

@slusagm - Although @Kanethedog could redeem the existing points beforehand with multiple $20 bill credits and have the bill credits transfer to Koodo, OP would no longer receive any new points (including Refer-a-friend) because of the lack of a rewards system at Koodo.

prepaid balance is not the "getting my refer a friend points"
OP was asking to keep getting his monthly friend points

To add to this @Kanethedog , why not refer them to Koodo using your Koodo referral number? Also, from what I've read and you will have to confirm this... any balance you have in your account can be carried over to Koodo. So before you port over, cash in all your points for as many $20 bill credits as you can get!

Sorry but no you can't

No, you won't. PM rewards system is for PM accounts only, won't extend to Koodo
