Hi.I applied to chang my plan a few days before my renewal.
But noting changed and i am in last plan yet.

@Omidgorgan yes, the new My Account has some problem with cached page. On that "another browser" that still showing you the old plan, try to start the Incognito mode instead and login My Account, you should then see the new plan as well

Check how much was charged on your credit card. Or your payment history.
There has been a glitch in the My account page. When customers change plans, the old plan is shown after plan change. As mentioned, try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. You can also try from a different device.

Try refreshing your browser but clear cache, cookies and go incognito mode.
