Hello,
I've been trying to change my plan for over a month.
I have sufficient funds in my account for the plan I wish to upgrade to.
However, when I click on complete payment, I get the following error message : "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later. "
I tried in regular and incognito mode on Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, on three devices, but it still didn't work.
Any other solutions or other way for me to be able to upgrade ?

tried use browser from computer, and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login.
at plan & add-ons and use the down arrow to scroll down or up to change it.

@Antonio2000 Lot of time using incognito browsing mode fixes such issues. Are you tying to immediately switch or scheduling to change during the next renewal? Have you tried scheduling to a different plan just to check it works? You can easily cancel the scheduled plan change. Can you post the screenshot of the error you get? Make sure to hide all the personal details if any.

@Antonio2000 were you doing everything on the phone or tablet?? Try using a desktop or laptop instead There have been some problem with payment when accessing on mobile devices
If you don't have one, at least try using Incognito mode or try on another browser ( edge/firefox/chrome)
