Changing plans and keeping add on

I recieved a 5Gb promotional data add on in November that I havent used all of yet. If I change my plan, will I lose my promotional add on?

Hey @Kris99,

On the Announcement post  it says

"$35/mo or higher plan by December 2, 2019 11:59PM ET"

From my understanding as long as you choose a plan that is $35 or Higher you should be able to keep it.

However, If I were you before changing the plan It doesn't hurt to ask the Mod Team.

Most of the time, if you change plans, you will keep the promo add on.  

You can try to find the terms and conditions of the specific promotion though....  You can try to check the old announcements section.  (I quickly tried, but only can find a 3GB data promo)
