Changing plan

I'm a new subscriber. I purchased  to the plan with 50G for US and Canada. Right from the beginning I had problems to transfer my number to Pubic mobile network. Thanks to Marius (Agent) I got my number but I never could connect to data. Still not connected!!. Could you tell me if I can switch to a cheaper plan and get reimbursed since I haven't used or connect to Public mobile data?

I have Telus SP as APN connect to which has almost all your description on it. I also have Telus.com to choose but I can't connect. I use to have public mobile couple of years ago and I had no problem. I just left Virgin Mobile and I had no connection problems.i have no problem using T mobile SIM in US. I just can't connect for some reason.

Telus settings cannot be used.  The Public Mobile settings need to be used, specifically sp.mb.com .
