Hi, I said YES to an offer of a canada-us-mexico plan the day before my renewal date. The nee plan did not show up but for some reason my available data increased. What can I do?

Sorry to hear that. My plan also rolled over without the change. I had to change my subscription manually and it looks like I’ve been charged twice for the same, or substantially the same period: once at the old subscription price and once at the new. Sorry I have no solution for you.

I received the same message last November 13. I replied yes, right way. My plan was renewed yesterday November 19, and yet my plan is still the same. That's more than 72 hours.

Hello @Grordie
When it comes to those offers, it take approx 72 hours for it to go through. Now since it was the day before your new 30 day plan, it will start the next 30 day cycle. You can confirm this by logging into the app and look at the subscription section.... as long as it's been 72 hours.

log in to your account on laptop but use incognito mode. To use the app; log out of your account...then log back in. See if either suggestion cures it.
