Changing plan after account suspended

I want to change my plan from 3 to 1 month but my account has been suspended unless I reactivate the 3 month one.

I know you want to go Down to the 30 day plan, but if you can, you could renew you 90 plan now, then future date immediately the 30 day change for your next renewal.  That you can do in self serve.

@Bmfafowora, when an account is suspended, it can only be renewed by the member on the same plan.  If you need to change plans (when a plan is currently suspended), you must ask the moderators to do it for you.  Unfortunately, the self serve simply can't handle it.  As for moderator response, they handle requests in the order they are received.

i don't understand why i am still unable to change plans. I used the 'customize my plan' option and to my astonishment, I am unable to pay for any plan other than the previously expired one. I am really disappointed at the user interface of your whole service @CS_Agent . What's the point of having self-service when i would still have to reach out to a moderator (Who only responds whenever it pleases him/her) to resolve any issue. Please confirm in your response how I can change my plan immediately. I have very important voicemails I have to listen to and i can't even access them because of this issue. Please respond to my private message asap

@Ridiculous once your plan is suspended, you can only reactive your previous plan yourself through self-serve.  If you want to reactivate with a different plan, please send a private message to the @CS_Agent with the details.  Here's how:
