Changing my plan

I've been trying to change my phone plan these two days. And even i tried logout/login so many times, it says "something went wrong" and I cant change my plan... Does anyone know what is going on?

@MakiEve try again later. this happens from time to time, especially at high traffic times. when changing plans make sure to add money to your account first. the system is bad at handling these processes. 

 

*please read all the warnings and instructions on the plans page. don't just expect things to work the way you think they should. otherwise you'll be in for a rude awakening

You can change your plan at ANY time.

 

If you appear to be locked out, wait 1 full hour, clear cache and cookies, open an incognito tab and try again.
