Hi Public Mobile Support,
I need help changing the email address on my primary account. I recently regained access to this account. In the meantime, due to email access issues, I mistakenly started to create a new account using my current email address. This new account is inactive, but it's preventing me from updating the email on my main account to my current one.
As an older user, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in changing the email address on my primary account. Thank you.

@burellechristin If you can’t log into your account and get to profile page to change email you can ask support to help you with this

supposed you can still use the old email to login PM My Account. But if you cannot, then ask PM support agent to help. you can submit ticket by direct message:
