Hi,
I am trying to update my address so my auto credit card payments go through.
The website keeps telling me to enter a valid address.
Is there a specific format they want it entered in? I know how to get to the page to change it, the site won't let me.

Did you move recently? The address where you're living now doesn't matter. Type in the postal code that you bank has for the credit card update.

No address is needed for credit card payment. Only the postal code part of the address is needed.

after you joined, the address is not that important. Even for payment, as long as the postal code matches the one on your credit card, it will be ok
but if you want to properly update the address, then ask support agent to help
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
