I'm currently a subscriber of Public mobile. Then I would like to change a plan to $29 with 20GB for a new activation only. In this case, if I want, should I leave Public mobile first, and then come back here again? I know it is for new customers. Is there a something to complete my idea? Or leaving Public mobile is better? Please let me know your experienced methods. Thank you.

@Demio Before doing that contact support and see if they can help . Some have verified getting the new activation plans just by asking support .
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
send a private message To CS_Agents

@Demio - You can contact CS_Agent for a request to change. You will lose the rest of your current plan doing this by CS_Agent. They have the right to deny the change.
If they decide to not switch and you really want it, try porting to another provider (Ex: Lucky for a day or two) then port back in and you will be considered a new customer. You will also lose all of your current Points and or Legacy Rewards cash outs.

If the link above doesn’t work, please go here to create a ticket to CS_Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
* - CS_Agent will typically get back to you within 48 hours. You will be required to login to your Public Mobile Community Account to contact CS_Agent. Once you are finished making the ticket with CS_Agent, please ensure that you monitor for an agent because they may notify you asking for some information via Private Message, in your mailbox by clicking this link here: Messages
